Empire Heaven is a fully equipped ladies only gym, welcoming femailes of all ages and fitness ability. Staff will draft a personalised fitness programme and offer advice on nutrition to help you achieve your fitness goals - whatever they maybe. 6 week reviews will help keep you motivated. Small group training included and free access to over 70 exercise classes in 4 dedicated studios.
